Jay has extensive experience in litigating business disputes in state and federal courts. Jay has litigated matters such as trademark disputes, insurance coverage disputes, employment discrimination claims, and contractual disputes.

Real Estate Litigation

Jay has litigated takings and eminent domain disputes on behalf of both the government and the land-owner. He has also litigated real estate disputes between private parties.

Construction Litigation

Jay has extensive experience in construction litigation. He has represented commercial real estate developers, commercial contractors, residential contractors, the owners of commercial developments, and the owners of residential developments.
